Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. - Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a financial analyst role or similar position. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and ERP systems is an advantage. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial information. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of industry-specific laws, regulations, and best practices is preferred.
