Key Responsibilities: - Develop new user-facing features using React.js. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. - Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals. - Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. - Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. - Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools. - Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. - Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). - Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. - Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
