About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the Test Demo Role position. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to showcase features, functionality, and value propositions
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and performance standards
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies through systematic testing methodologies
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and ensure resolution of identified problems
- Prepare demonstration environments and ensure all systems are properly configured and operational
- Gather and analyze feedback from demonstrations and testing sessions to inform product improvements
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test results, demo scripts, and technical specifications
- Participate in product planning meetings to provide insights on usability, functionality, and customer experience
- Train team members on demonstration techniques and testing best practices
- Stay current with industry trends, testing tools, and demonstration methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product demonstration, software testing, or quality assurance roles
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in creating test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports
- Experience with testing tools and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and products quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
- Certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE) or related credentials
- Technical aptitude with basic understanding of programming concepts
