Recruitment Manager (RPO)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage client relationships, and drive the success of our RPO services. Key Responsibilities: ● Recruitment Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet client needs effectively. ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance their hiring processes. ● Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Ensure the team meets recruitment targets and delivers high-quality candidates. ● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with client objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes. ● Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging recruitment technologies, and best practices to ensure Zero Hiring remains competitive and innovative. ● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth. ● Reporting: Monitor and report on recruitment performance, client satisfaction, and key metrics.
