We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and educating patients with physical, cognitive, or mental disabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify strengths and limitations - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and independence - Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and strategies - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress
