The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Manager to oversee and develop our recruitment function. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our team of recruiters while implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement across all recruitment activities.
This is an opportunity for someone who has not only managed recruitment teams but has also built recruitment functions from the ground up. You will bring your experience in establishing processes, systems, and frameworks that enable recruitment excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance on best practices and performance optimization
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and client needs
- Establish and refine recruitment processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs, providing coaching and support to drive results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the life sciences sector
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are consistently met
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the life sciences market
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting life sciences recruitment
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and industry regulations
