Job Title: Senior Fullstack Engineer
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, and will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions and mentor junior developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop scalable, responsive, and maintainable code for both the client and server sides.
- Implement modern engineering practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains on the cutting edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role, with at least 5 years in software development.
- Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java).
- Strong understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and implementing new technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
