Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. - Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities. - Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring all content is accurate and on-brand. - Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to support marketing strategies. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality marketing content, from digital assets to print materials. - Manage social media profiles and engagement, creating content calendars and tracking performance metrics. - Support the marketing team with budgeting, invoicing, and reporting activities. - Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely deployment and list maintenance. - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating project timelines. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in marketing software such as CRM tools and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - A keen eye for detail and creativity. - Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO best practices. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
