Product Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer who thrives on transforming ambiguous challenges into elegant, user-centered solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of the complete design process—from initial research and discovery through to final implementation—ensuring that every product experience we ship meets the highest standards of usability and craft.

As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver exceptional user experiences for our B2B SaaS platform. You'll be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and quality assurance during development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design workflows from concept through launch, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Transform complex, ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive user experiences that solve real customer needs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and gather actionable insights
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder alignment
• Design high-fidelity mockups and specifications that maintain consistency with our design system
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development process, conducting design QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across the product
• Partner with product managers to define feature requirements and prioritize design initiatives based on user and business impact
• Present design work to cross-functional teams and leadership, articulating design rationale and advocating for user needs
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in B2B SaaS product design

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience designing B2B SaaS products or enterprise software applications
• A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work, including case studies that showcase your design process from problem definition through implementation
• Demonstrated expertise in systems thinking, with the ability to design scalable solutions that work across multiple use cases and user types
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design patterns, and usability best practices
• Experience conducting user research using various methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with ambiguity, taking initiative to define problems and propose solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or design systems implementation
• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard design
• Background in interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related field
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
