Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about recruitment and eager to lead and optimize the recruitment processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage client relationships, and drive the success of our RPO services. Key Responsibilities: Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and client expectations. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring all required documentation is completed and providing a positive candidate experience during the transition to employment. Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Job Description Development: Collaborate with clients or internal teams to create clear, compelling job descriptions that attract top talent. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and maintain a competitive edge. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and organized information for future recruitment needs. Performance Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to optimize processes and demonstrate success. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, and marketing, to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and enhance service delivery. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, including diversity and inclusion standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the RPO or recruitment industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency. Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
