React developer (Test 4)

About the Role We are seeking a talented and passionate React Developer to join our engineering team. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the user interfaces of our next-generation web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of the React ecosystem, modern JavaScript practices, and a commitment to creating highly performant, reusable, and responsive components. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement highly responsive, user-friendly features for our web applications using React.js. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, reusable code and components. Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL). Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand) to handle complex application data flow. Write robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and application reliability (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Debug and troubleshoot complex front-end issues and performance bottlenecks. Stay up-to-date with new and emerging React features and front-end technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications [X] years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (including pre-processors like Sass/Less or CSS-in-JS solutions). Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including React Hooks, functional components, and the component lifecycle. Proficiency with a state management library such as Redux, Context API, or MobX. Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite). Proficiency with Git and standard version control workflows. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Preferred (Bonus) Skills Experience with a modern React framework like Next.js or Gatsby. Familiarity with TypeScript. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing them in React applications. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
