Senior Machine Learning Researcher — Protein Structure Prediction

About the role: We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Researcher to advance protein structure prediction and molecular representation learning. You will design and train deep learning models (geometric deep learning, graph neural networks, equivariant transformers, and diffusion models) on large-scale structural biology datasets, and publish at top venues.

Responsibilities: Lead research on protein folding and structure prediction; develop novel neural architectures for molecular and structural data; collaborate with computational biologists; publish in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, and Nature Methods.

Requirements: PhD in machine learning, computational biology, or a related field; strong publication record in deep learning for structural biology or molecular modeling; expertise in PyTorch and geometric deep learning; experience with protein language models and AlphaFold-style systems.
