Role Summary: As the Head of Product & Business Development, you will lead the ideation, development, and market expansion of AI-powered products. You will leverage your entrepreneurial mindset, product-building expertise, and strategic acumen to shape the company’s growth trajectory. This role requires a blend of hands-on execution and leadership, from product innovation to business development and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Strategy Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven solutions. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build user-centric products. Ensure products align with market needs, business objectives, and technological advancements. Business Development & Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities, revenue streams, and strategic partnerships. Drive go-to-market strategies and oversee product-market fit validation. Lead B2B sales efforts, engaging with key stakeholders to drive adoption. Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, investors, and potential partners. Leadership & Execution Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product development and customer engagement. Scale business operations by integrating automation, AI, and strategic growth initiatives. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: Proven entrepreneurial experience with a track record of launching and scaling tech-driven products. Strong leadership skills, with experience leading teams in product development, business strategy, and go-to-market execution. Expertise in AI-powered solutions, automation, or digital transformation. Business Development acumen, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive strategic growth. Technical fluency, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and product designers. Excellent communication skills in English (Danish/Norwegian/Swedish/German proficiency is a plus).
