Job Title: Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with specified quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability, manage risks, and drive project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. - Report and escalate issues to management as needed. - Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities. - Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Skills: - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - High proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
