Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement machine learning models to tackle business challenges and improve product performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns. - Optimize algorithms and models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. - Develop, test, and validate machine learning models and iterate based on feedback. - Stay informed on the latest advancements in machine learning and integrate best practices into ongoing projects. - Communicate complex technical concepts and analysis to non-technical stakeholders effectively. - Continuously evaluate and improve the existing ML model's efficiency and accuracy. - Document processes, models, and experiments to promote knowledge sharing and reuse. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Proven experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. - Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or Java. - Proficient with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas and NumPy. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. - Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: - Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques. - Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. - Knowledge of MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
